Havingconsidered theseconcerns,"we='are nowsubmitting'to.you-our revisedproposedT/SfortheReactorCoolantVentSystem.Theattachment.to thislettercontainstheproposednewspecifications forUnitNos.1and2oftheDonaldC.CookNuclearPlant.Itisourbelief.thatthe"justification forsignificant hazardsconsiderations thatwasprovidedinourletterNo.AEP:NRC:0584B isstillapplicable.

Inaddition, weinterpret thatthe'feetransmitted withourletterNo.AEP:NRC:0584B coverstheprocessing ofthisrequest.Theseproposedchangeshavebeenreviewedby=thePlantNuclearSafetyReviewCommittee (PNSRC)andwillbereviewed-bytheNuclear'Safety andDesignReviewCommittee (NSDRC)atitsnextregularly'scheduled meeting.Incompliance withthe-requirements of10CPR50.91(b)(1),acopyofthisletteranditsattachments havebeentransmitted toMr.'R;C.CallenoftheMichiganPublicServiceCommission.
