Description

10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, requires in part that activities affecting quality shall be prescribed and accomplished by documented instructions of a type appropriate to the circumstances. Contrary to this, on April 5, 2008, the instructions involving a part number for a pump impeller in a work order to repair the standby lube oil pump were incorrectly prescribed and accomplished. This issue is in the licensees CAP as CR094772 (4OA3)
