SUBJECT: ERRATA LETTER FOR SURRY POWER STATION - NRC TEMPORARY INSTRUCTION 2515/186 INSPECTION REPORT 05000280/2014402 AND 05000281/2014402

Dear Mr. Heacock:

On February 20, 2014, the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued the subject inspection report for the Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2 (ML14057A819 (OUO) ML14057A824 (OUO Removed)). In reviewing this report, we identified an administrative error regarding the inspection report numbers. The inspection report numbers listed as "05000280/2014402 and 05000281/2014402" have been changed to "05000280/201404 and 05000281/201404." Please make the appropriate pen and ink change in the subject report to reflect this change. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice" a copy of this letter, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
