INTERVENORS' MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND Intervenor State of Oklahoma, by its Attorney General, Michael C. Turpen, and Assistant Attorneys General, Rhonda Klein Singer and Sara J. Drake, hereby request an extension of tbne from February 7, 1983 to February 28, 1983, to respond to the Motion for Termination of Proceeding and Withdrawal of Application dated January 23, 1983, by Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Western Farmers Electric Cooperative. Joseph Gallo, Esquire, Counsel for PSO, and Joseph R. Farris, Esquire, Counsel for the other Inter-l venors, have agreed to this extension.
