ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Yes. This is on Entergy Nuclear Operations Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3, Licensing Board Order Censure of Sherwood Martinelli. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by Mr. Sherwood Martinelli of a December 3, 2007 Unpublished Order by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board which censured Mr. Martinelli. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which affirms the Boards December 3, 2007 Order. Would you please affirm your votes?

CHAIRMAN KLEIN: Aye.

COMMISSIONER JACZKO: Aye.

COMMISSIONER LYONS: Aye.
