This is to inform you of the individual examination results of the applicants that participated in the initial examination conducted at your facility on December 3 - 6, 2007, and December 10, 2007. This letter complies with the intent of ES-501, Section E.1.a., NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, Revision 9. Enclosure 1 is a copy of the Power Plant Examination Results Summary, Form ES-501-2,Rev. 9. Copies of the licenses for the individuals who passed the examination are includedas Enclosure 2. Included as Enclosure 3 are copies of the individual Operator LicensingExamination Report (Form ES-303-1) packages. This will enable you to evaluate the individual weaknesses and provide appropriate remedial training for those operators as necessary. It takes approximately 90 days to generate and process the operator license certificates. RegionII encourages licensees to plan certificate presentation ceremonies for licensed operators.
