Please reference the project name, GSTR License Renewal, and our tracking number, 2011-SLI-0262, in future reference to this project to assist in expediting the process. These comments have been prepared under the authority of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (ESA), as amended (16 U.S.C. § 1531 et seq.). Based on the best available information, including information you provided through the IPaC system, scientific and technicalliterature, and our own files, the Service provides the enclosed species-list for you to use in meeting the requirements of section 7(c) of the ESA.
