This is to notify the. Atomic Safety & Licensing Appeal board that, pursuant to CFB 2.714 (a), I'm appealing the findings of the Atomic Safety & Licensing Board on my petition to intervene in the.Allens Creek Nuclear Generating, Station.

In pursuant to CFa 2 714 (a)3 I will file a brief suppo.rting this: appeal Some of my contentions may not have held water (due? to my inexperience in these matters ana the short time to file contentions), but I an disappointed in the. Boartl8 a dismissal of my contention 4, which I believe is very important to the outcome of tha ACNGS.. This contention stated. bedause of passage of Admerdment 4 ta the Texas Constitution, solar and wind energy equipment would be tax exempt. I contend this would encourage solar ard wind power developement in the state of Texas,.. and present a feasible: alternative. ta the. ACNGS. I believe the Board's order denying this. contention is premature, and will demonstrate why in my brief._
