WILLIAM J. SCHUESSLER. APPELIANT On March 10, 1980 the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued an order in which it ruled upon admissibility of outstanding contentions filed pursuant to orders dated August 14, 1978 and October 24, 1978.

This will give notice of appeal of the March 10, 1980 order which rejects my contentions numbered 1, 2, 3, and 5 through 13. I appeal those rejections. Discussion of said contentions appears on pages 91 through 103 of the order. ,

I direct the attention of the Appeal Board to the last paragraph of discuseion of Schuessler contentions on page 103. That paragraph is silent in regard to any right to later appeal of these rejected contentions, so I wish to give notice of such appeal at this time-within the 10 day period stipulated on page 109. I trust that I may amend this appeal at a later time.

I also note that the 10 day period provided for appeal begins on, or from, the date of service of the order, March 11, 1980. Since my copy was delivered to me on March 15, 1980, the time for appeal has been effectively reduced by almost half. Accordingly, I move for an appropriate extention of this time period--atleast to March 25, 1980.
