AGREEMENT ON ATTACHMENT OF ANTITRUST LICENSE CONDITION Set forth below is a single antitrust license condition which the undersigned hereby agree will be attached to the Construction Permit and Operating License of the Allens Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1.

In the avent antitrust license conditions are attached or ordered to be attehed to the operating licenses for the South Texas Project, Units 1 & 2, +bose same conditions, if any, will also be attached to this Constructioi, Permit (Operating License). Such conditions shall become effective on +he earlier of (i) the date on which such conditions become effective with .'"nect to an operating license for the South Texas Project or (ii) the date (plus a reasonable time for implementation of such conditi is) on which che opportunity for appel' ate review of a decision of the NRC or an. subsidiary tribunal laps .s. Any sub-sequent modifications to t'ie forementioned South iexas Project antitrust license conditions will also apply to this Construction Permit (Operating License) . However, any antitrust 19ense conditions imposed upon the South Texas Project Units 1 & 2 whir 5 rot pertain to Houston Lighting and Power Company, its corporate successors or assigns, shall not be attached to this Construction Permit (Operating License).
