APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR AN ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO FILE FINDINGS OF FACT I.

Applicants ara ~now required by Order of this Board to' file their Proposed Findings of Fact in the above matter on or before October 15, 1980. Applicants have diligently attempted.to comply with the Board's Order but have been unable to complete the preparation of their findings by the required date. Applicants believe that they can finish their Propose 9 Findings by October 22, 1980, and accordingly request an extension of time to such date.

Applicants'have discussed this matter with Counsel for the NRC. Staff. He has indicated that.he has no objec-tion to the same provided the time for filing findings by the-NRC Staff is extended'by the same period of time.
