APPLICATIOE On October 13, 1982, the Board directed Applicants to report to the Board the current status of their Application for Construction Permits in Docket Nos. 50-514 and 50-515.
Responding thereto and as Applicants previously advised the Board, the Public Utility Commissioner of Oregon directed Applicants Portland General Electric Company and Pacific Power
& Light Company to terminate their interests in this Project.
Applicants Portland General Electric Company and Pacific Power
& Light Company will comply with Orders of the Public Utility l
l Commissioner of Oregon in this regard and have reached an i
agreement with Applicant Puget Sound Power and Light Co. to terminate the Pebble Springs Nuclear Project.
Accordingly, Applicants hereby propose to withdraw their Application for Construction Permits in this Docket and request an Order of this Board terminating these proceedings.
