RE: Order in Pilgrim Proceed~ng Just to quickly get back to you before you leave on your trip, Judge Trikouros' and my schedules would make what you request difficult, as each of us will be odt of the office starting in late July or early August, through about the middle of August. If there is any way you can telephone in, you could do that, but I think that it would be best to keep the date we have set, given the circumstances. Perhaps the Massachusetts AG and its counsel, along with Ms. Lampert, could address issues that arise, taking your perspective into account. Have a good trip, and everyone have a good weekend.
