Specifically, we are proposing to modify T/S 3.9.3, for both units, to allow start'f core offload 100 hours after core subcriticality instead of the 168 hours currently specified. Also included in this submittal are necessary changes (corrections) to, minor typographical omissions in Figure 5.6-1 "Normal Storage Pattern (Mixed Three Zone)" and Figure 5.6-2 "Interim Storage Pattern (Checkerboard)." In addition, some clarifications are included to the spent nuclear fuel pool storage rack boral poison surveillance program committed to in AEP:NRC:1146. | |||
