The purpose of this letter is to provide a schedule for submittal of the information responsive to the staff's requests.As discussed with the NRC staff on April 2, 2013, STPNOC will provide the information listed in Reference 2 related to the exemption request and the RG 1.174 application, and will submit a license amendment request (LAR) for NRC review and approval of the proposed changes to the STP Units 1 and 2 licensing basis. As an alternative to the requested date provided in Reference 2, STPNOC requests a public meeting with the NRC to discuss the planned responses, to be held on or about the third week in May 2013.
