NRC STAFF MONTHLY STATUS REPORT In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Initial Scheduling Order, dated August 26, 2013, the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) is filing this monthly status report on its best estimate of the dates for issuance of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS), Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS), Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items, and the final SER.
