In this correspondence, NRC staff requested that SHINE review the draft RAI | : Jim, Attached you will find the NRC staffs revised draft Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding the SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc.s (SHINE) Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) submitted in two parts, on March 26, 2013 and May 31, 2013. This revised draft RAI has been provided to SHINE to ensure that the questions are understandable and that the regulatory basis for the questions is clear. Should SHINE have any questions or require clarification regarding this revised draft request, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a time to discuss. | ||
