NRC STAFF MONTHLY STATUS REPORT The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, in its Initial Scheduling Order, dated August 26, 2013 (Initial Scheduling Order), ordered the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) to file a monthly status report on its best estimate of the dates for issuance of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS), Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS), Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items, and the final SER. The Staff published the DSEIS on July 31, 2014. In accordance with the Initial Scheduling Order, the Staff reported, in the Revised Monthly Status Report that it filed on August 21, 3014, that it expects to publish the SER with open items in January 2015, the final SER in May 2015, and the FSEIS in March 2015. | |||
There have been no changes to these dates. In accordance with the Boards Initial Scheduling Order, the Staff will apprise the Board of any change to the estimated publication dates. | |||
