A copy of the revised plan, the change sheet, and the discussion topics are enclosed for the purpose of updating your records. The changes were reviewed by the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Committee, and were deemed to fall within the limitations of 10 CFR 50.54(q) which allows for changes to the plan without NRC approval.
