Plaintiff filed        a Motion fox Recon-sideration of said dismissal, which      it now  seeks to withdraw.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED    that the Motion to Withdraw be and the  same  is hexeby  GRANTED  and the Order of Dismissal hereto-fore entered in this cause      shall remain in full force and effect. It is fuxther ORDERED AND ADJUDGED    that the Motion for      Release            of the Exhibits be and the same is hereby GRANTED subject to any future order of this Court to return the same if the need arises. The Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to release to Counsel for the Plaintiff the exhibits which were attached to the'original complaint.
