Mike, Currently, FPLE procedurally limits operational primary-to-secondary leakage to 150 gallons per day (gpd) per Steam Generator (SG) compared to the Technical Specification (TS) limit of 500 gpd per SG. Upon further review, the staff determined that this procedural restriction needs to be contained in a license condition stating that FPLE will maintain theoperational limit of primary-to-secondary leakage at 150 gpd per SG and if this limit is exceeded, Seabrook will take the appropriate actions inaccordance with TS 3.4.6.2, "Reactor Coolant System Leakage." An e-mail, to be docketed, confirming the acceptability of this condition will besufficient.G.
