April 6, 2015 ZS-2015-0053 REIRS Project Manager Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555-0001 Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48 NRC Docket Nos. 50-295 and 50-304

Subject:

Occupational Radiation Exposure Annual Report for 2014 In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206, "Reports of individual monitoring," paragraph (c), the Annual Dose Report covering the previous year shall be submitted on or before April 30th of each year. The Annual Dose Report for 2014 provides the results of individual radiation monitoring carried out by Zion Station for each individual for whom radiation monitoring was provided during 2014. The report was generated on March 25, 2014 following the guidance provided in Regulatory Guide 8.7, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data," Revision 2, dated November 2005. The data file, "Zion Station 2014 Annual Dose NRC5.dat", was submitted electronically via the Radiation Exposure and Information Reporting System (REIRS) internet web page on March 26, 2015.

Included in the dose data file is a birth date of January 2, 1900 reporting an age of 115 years of age. This is from an individual who did not supply their actual date of birth while at our facility, and therefore, the default date is assigned by the computer system. Although not listed as an error in the file, we are aware of this issue and have taken the necessary steps of correction. As of the date of this letter we have not been able to obtain the correct date of birth.

There are no new regulatory commitments in this report.
