  • The total radiation exposure of the above personnel constitutes 100% of the site's exposure for the year.
    • Special Plant Maintenance includes replacement of SI-138A valve, SI-407E valve,RCP 1B seal, removal of O-ring and clamps, removal of UGS Guide bushing, removal and replacmement of steam generator manways and nozzle dams, pressurizer repair of Alloy 600 nozzles, ICI thimble growth measurements, grinding indications on 1C1 nozzles, rework of RCP motors, and pressurizer heater replacement.

Note: The dose assignments to the various duty functions are based on electronic dosimeter measurements and not TLDs.
