- The total radiation exposure of the above personnel constitutes 100% of the site's exposure for the year.
- Special Maintenance consisted of installation of containment over pressurization protection, replacing SI-142"A",
installation of Mansell level monitoring system, Reactor Head stand modification, installation of permanent cavity pool seal, dive to remove alignment pin bolt engagement, entering RON at power to vent SI-4051"B", entering RON at power to add oil to RCP 2B, RON power entry to set limits on GWM-104, RCB power entry to verify torque on SI-1421"A", installation of auto air elimination modification on SI-133'A", installation of CEDM cooling modification on reactor head, installation of auto air elimination modification on SI-1402"A", controlled bleed off modification in Flash Tank Room, replacing RCP 2B and 2A seal cartridge, rework of RCP motors, remove/replace Steam Generator manways, installation /removal of nozzle dams, sludge lancing, grinding out O-ring on steam generator #1 secondary side, and FOSAR on steam generator #2 secondary side, pressurizer heater replacement.
NOTE:
The dose assignments to the various duty functions are based on electronic dosimeter measurements and not TLDs.
