j Noncompliance On November 11, 1986 an open demineralized water j flush valve was discovered. This valve allowed an L

I Noncompliance On December 18, 1986, a leak from the condenner j hotwell during maintenance allowed approximately 410 gallons of demineralized condensate water to flow into

discharge of this waste water neream is not authorized by the NPDES permit.
