Withdrawal of TSTF-540, Revision 0, "Provide Completion Times in Lieu of Immediate Shutdown (RITSTF Initiative 6)"

TSTF Traveler TSTF-540, Revision 0, "Provide Completion Times in Lieu of Immediate Shutdown (RITSTF Initiative 6)," was submitted to the NRC for review on May 16, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12137A263). On October 8, 2013, the NRC transmitted a letter to the TSTF stating that additional information would be required for the NRC to accept the Traveler for review (ADAMS Accession Number ML12212A090).

Following discussions with the utilities sponsoring the Traveler, the TSTF has chosen to not submit a revision of TSTF-540 for NRC review. Accordingly, the request for NRC review of TSTF-540 is hereby withdrawn.
