SUBJECT:

Withdrawal of TSTF-538, Revision 0, "Add Actions to Preclude Entry into LCO 3.0.3 - RITSTF Initiatives 6b & 6c" TSTF Traveler TSTF-538, Revision 0, "Add Actions to Preclude Entry into LCO 3.0.3 - RITSTF Initiatives 6b & 6c," was submitted to the NRC for review on March 27, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12087A202). On October 8, 2013, the NRC transmitted a letter to the TSTF stating that additional information would be required for the NRC to accept the Traveler for review (ADAMS Accession Number ML12209A288).

Following discussions with the utilities sponsoring the Traveler, the TSTF has chosen to not submit a revision of TSTF-538 for NRC review.
