Updated TSTF Membership and Distribution

Dear Sir or Madam:

The Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) would like to inform the NRC of changes to the TSTF membership and provide an updated distribution list.

As of December 1, the TSTF membership is:

Kenneth Schrader Representing Westinghouse NSSS plants and the Pressurized Water Reactor Owners Group (PWROG). Mr. Schrader is the Chairman of the PWROG Licensing Subcommittee.

Donald Gregoire Representing boiling water reactors and the Boiling Water Reactors Owners' Group (BWROG). Mr. Gregoire is the Chairman of the BWROG Technical Specification Issues Coordination Committee (TSICC).

Wendy Croft Representing Babcock & Wilcox NSSS plants and the PWROG.

Thomas Raidy Representing Combustion Engineering NSSS plants and the PWROG.

Brian Mann Technical coordinator for the TSTF and a non-voting member. Mr. Mann is a vice president of Excel Services Corporation.

The updated distribution list is attached.
