Dear Sir or Madam:

In Reference 1, the TSTF submitted TSTF-506, Revision 0, "Revise Primary Containment and Drywell Hydrogen Igniter Specification to Not Require Recombiners", for NRC review. In Reference 2, the NRC provided a Request for Additional Information to the TSTF to support their review of TSTF-506.

After considering Reference 2 and the resources necessary to respond, we have determined that the change is no longer cost-beneficial. Therefore, the TSTF is withdrawing TSTF-506 from NRC review.
