Dear Sir or Madam:

In Reference 1, the TSTF submitted TSTF-500, Revision 0, "DC Electrical Rewrite - Update to TSTF-360," for NRC review and requested a fee waiver pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 170.11. In Reference 2, the NRC denied the requested fee waiver.

This letter is to inform the NRC that any fees associated with the review of TSTF-500 should be billed to the Pressurized Water Reactors Owners Group.
