Dear Ms. Booker:

As previously conveyed:in the referenced letter, Exelon Generation Company LLC, (Exelon)

remains fully commited to addressing the tritiUm concentrations in the vicinity.of-the Service Building/Turbine Building interface-at the:.Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station (Quad Cities).

Exelon will continue to cooperate with the. Illinois Environmerntal Protection Agency (IEPA) and provide updated information regarding the steps taken and, planned:to address the tiitium, concentrations. As part of these efforts, Exelon: is currently'preparing a migration contPolf plan that will be shared withIlEPA by.July 18, 2008.

Based upon recent-verbal communications.with iEPA's technical staff, Exelon doessnot believe there is A need fora*a1frmal meeting at 4his time. However, wewill cohtinue:o discuss -with IEPA :their:technical views ,on the investigation and responsive.activities-at:Quad Cities.
