Svinicki, Chairman, presiding.

PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN SVINICKI: Thank you very much operator. Good morning everyone, this is Chairman Kristine Svinicki of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. I have gaveled in our affirmation session this morning, and the Acting Secretary this morning who is here with me, Denise McGovern has confirmed that all members of the Commission, the General Counsel, are represented remotely and on the line, and she and I are here in the NRC offices in Rockville, MD.

We have two items for affirmation this morning. Madam Acting Secretary, would you please lead us through the affirmation items?

DENISE MCGOVERN: Thank you Chairman. The first item is SECY-19-0101 Exelon Generating Company, LLC (Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3) - Beyond Nuclears Appeal of LBP-19-5.

The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by Beyond Nuclear, Inc. of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards ruling on its hearing request and petition to intervene challenging the subsequent license renewal application of Exelon Generation Company, LLC for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3.

The Commission, with Commissioners Baran and Hanson dissenting in part, has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order affirming the Board's decision.

COMMISSIONER HANSON: Aye DENISE MCGOVERN: The second item is SECY-20-0023/23A Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc., Entergy Nuclear Generation Co., Holtec International and Holtec Decommissioning International LLC (Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station) - Pilgrim Watch Petition for Intervention.

The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to the petition for leave to intervene and request for a hearing filed by the organization Pilgrim Watch in the license transfer proceeding involving the renewed facility operating license for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station and the general license for the associated Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facility. Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., on behalf of itself and Entergy Nuclear Generation Company, Holtec International, and Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC, requested NRC consent to the indirect transfer of control of the licenses to Holtec International and Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC and to the direct transfer of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.s operating authority to Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC.

The Commission, with Commissioner Baran dissenting and Commissioner Hanson dissenting in part, has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order denying Pilgrim Watchs request for hearing and petition to intervene.
