PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN MACFARLANE: Ok, Good Morning. Were going to start off this morning with an affirmation session before we have our meeting on the Near-Term Task Force Recommendation 2 for Seismic Hazard Reevaluations. So, Im going to turn it over to our Secretary, Annette Vietti-Cook to start us off with the affirmation.

ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a memorandum and order responding to substantively identical petitions filed in multiple dockets before the Commission and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards to suspend final licensing decisions, together with a new contention and related motions. These filings pertain to the recently issued Continued Storage Rule and accompanying generic environmental impact statement. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which consolidates these filings before the Commission and sets a briefing schedule.

Would you please affirm your votes?

CHAIRMAN MACFARLANE: Aye.

COMMISSIONER SVINICKI: Aye.

COMMISSIONER OSTENDORFF: Aye.

ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Thank you.

CHAIRMAN MACFARLANE: Ok.
