In accordance with Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Duke Energy Progress (Duke Energy) is providing its lnservice Inspection (ISi) Program Owner's Activity Report (OAR) for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2 (RNP) Fall 2024 refueling outage R2R34. The OAR is provided in the enclosure to this letter.

Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2, Sixth Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) Plan and Third Ten-Year Containment Inservice Inspection (CISI) Plan complies with 10CFR50.55a(g), which implements, by reference, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, 2013 Edition for the CISI program, and the 2017 Edition for the ISI program. The 2019 Edition is applicable for IWA-6230(b) in accordance with RIS letter 2004-12, NRC Accession Number ML23033A037 and approval NRC Accession Number ML23118A076.
This summary report is submitted pursuant to the reporting requirements of ASME Section XI 2019 Edition, paragraph IWA-6000.
Refueling Outage 34 (R2R34) is the first of two outages of the first period in the sixth inspection interval for the ISI and Pressure Testing programs, and the first and only outage of the second period in the third inspection interval for the Containment ISI program. See the table below for the dates and revisions of the inservice inspection plans.
