Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel Oyster Creek Route 9 South P.O. Box388 Forked River, NJ 08731 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with 1 O CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.21 O,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) is registering, with the NRG, the use of a cask under the general license to store spent fuel at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS). The initial use of this.cask to store spent fuel occurred on June 14, 2016.
This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by July 14, 2016.
