Attachment to PLA-6600 Page 1 of 1 INTRODUCTION On January 25, 2010, PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL) discussed the exemption requests submitted in PLA-6583 (December 3, 2009) and later revised in PLA-6594 (January 8, 2010). As a result of the discussions, the following changes are being made to the exemption request:

1. The request for exemption to [ ] is being withdrawn.

2. The requested compliance date for the [ ] exemption request is changed from October 29, 2010 to July 31, 2011.

3. The list of regulatory commitments is revised as follows:
