Submittal of Biennial Review of the Fermi 1 Safety Analysis Report Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(6), DTE Electric Company (DTE) hereby submits the biennial review of the Fermi 1 Safety Analysis Report (Fl SAR) for the period of November 2020 through October 2022.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e), a review of the Fl SAR was completed and determined that no content changes were made since November 2020.

There were no changes to the Fermi 1 Quality Assurance (QA) Program during this period.

There were no activities during this period that required a 10 CFR 50.59 evaluation.

No new commitments are being made in this submittal.
