Inservice Inspection Summary Report Enclosed is the Summary Report of the Inservice Inspection (ISI) activities performed at DTE Electric Companys (DTE) Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant during the 21st Refueling Outage in Spring 2022. This report represents a partial summary of the ISI activities for the fourth Ten-Year Inspection Interval that began on May 2, 2019 and is scheduled for completion on December 31, 2028. This report is being submitted in accordance with Code Case N532-5 on the Form OAR-1, Owners Activity Report. No new commitments are being made in this submittal.
