Revision to Proposed Change No.16 to Technicel Specifications CNS Organizational Change, Definition of ' OPERABLE' In accordance with the applicable provisions specified in 10CFR50, Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) submitted Proposed Change No.16 to the Technical Specifications for review and approval. Questions from the NRC staff were received and resolved with the resulting revised pages to the Proposed Change contained in Attachment 1.
This Proposed Change incorporates all amendments to the Cooper Nuclear Station Facility Operating License up to and including Amendment 90 issued January 3,1985.
