Removal of Bus 1A and IB low Voltage Auxiliary Relays" Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No, 50 298, DPR-46 Gentlemen:
In accordance with the applicable provision specified in 10 CFR 50, the Nebraska Public Power District requests that the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Technical Specifications be revised as specified in the attachment.
This proposed change remover. Bus 1A and IB Low Vol tage Auxiliary Relays 27X3 1A and 1B for both the Residual lle n t Removal System and the Core Spray System from the CNS Technical Specifications.
These changes are being made as a result of a plant modification that will be implemented during the spring 1993 refueling outage.
