Revision to Proposed Change No.10 to Technical Specifications Diesel Operability during Refueling Operations Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 In accordance with the applicable provisions specified in 10CFR50, Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) submitted Proposed Change No.10 to the Technical Specifications for review and approval. Questions from the NRC staff were received and resolved with the resulting revised pages to the Proposed Change contained in Attachment 1. In addition, as part of the resolution with the staff, NPPD is committing to have its station operating procedures revised to include the requirement to line up the Low Pressure Coolant Injection and/or Core Spray System suctions to the Condensate Storage Tank during refueling if the torus has been drained. NPPD commits to have these revised procedures in effect prior to performing this particular evolution.
This Proposed Change incorporates all amendments to the Cooper Nuclear station Facility Operating License up to and including Amendment 86 issued June 1,1984.
