Dear Sir or Madam; The purpose of this letter is to correct a letter Entergy sent to the NRC on October 5, 2009 (Reference 1) which registered the use on September 11 and 29 of the Unit 2 fourth and fifth dry fuel storage casks. The fuel contained in these casks are from Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC) Unit 2 Nuclear Power Plant, Reactor License No. DPR-26, Docket No. 50-247, using Holtec HI-STORM 100 spent fuel cask systems that were placed into storage on the IPEC ISFSl pad [Docket No. 72-51].

Reference 1 stated that the fourth and fifth casks for Unit 2 placed on the IPEC ISFSI pad were loaded to Amendment #2 of the Holtec CoC #1014 and correspondingHoltec CFSAR Revision

6. The Holtec CFSAR revision for the loading of the fourth and fifth casks cited should have been Revision 4.

This error has been entered into the IPEC Corrective Action System as CR IP2-2009-04960.
