License No. DPR-49 Re: Emergency Preparedness Department Document Transmittal Dated 12/18/17 Enclosed is NextEra Energy Duane Arnold, LLC's Emergency Preparedness Department Document Transmittals. The transmittal includes a summary of changes to the Emergency Plan Sections A, B, E, H and Appendix 6, which are related to implementation of the Staff Augmentation Times License Amendment (ML 177220A026).
Further, the transmittal includes changes to the Emergency Plan Sections I and Appendix 3, which are related to implementation of the EPZ Boundary Change License Amendment (ML17212A646). All referenced E Plan Section changes with the exception of Appendix 6 were issued 12/18/17. The Appendix 6 change was issued on 12/19/17.
- The enclosure to this letter contains Security Related Information, withhold from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390. Upon removal of the Enclosures, this letter is decontrolled.
