As requested by your letter dated March 7, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession Number ML25066A133), as supplemented on May 30, 2025 (ML25150A381), and October 15, 2025 (ML25289A352), enclosed is the Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9319 for the Model No. MAP-12 and MAP-13 packages. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staff's safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations 173.471.
