Hi Haimanot, Can you please let me know if you need a more formal letter for response to the recent RAI or if this email is sufficient?
We will not be able to complete our response within the 30 day period.
Our target date for the revised submittal is mid-October 2025. A more precise date will be provided as we get closer.
The reason for the delay is the necessary criticality evaluation revision by Orano Federal
Services and corresponding SAR revision.
