Orano Enrichment USA LLC requests a meeting to discuss electrical distribution and instrumentation & controls for the IKE Enrichment Facility to be located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. An agenda for the meeting with a list of items to be discussed is enclosed.
Enclosed you will also find the meeting presentation provided in two parts, one part to be made publicly available and a second part containing proprietary information to be withheld from public access. An affidavit is enclosed as required by 10 CFR 2.390 of the Commissions regulations for withholding this information.

I, Jean-Luc Palayer, depose and say that I am the President of Orano Enrichment USA,LLC (hereafter referred to as the Company), duly authorized to execute this affidavit, and have reviewed or caused to have reviewed the information which is identified as proprietary and referenced in the paragraph immediately below. I am submitting this affidavit in conformance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390 of the Commissions regulations for withholding this information.
The information requested to be withheld is contained in the document(s) listed below:
