By order dated February 6, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML24354A200), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) modified Facility Operating License No. CX-22 for the Critical Experiments Facility such that it has no fixed term. Accordingly, the NRC is issuing the enclosed Amendment No. 13 to Facility Operating License No. CX-22 to reflect that modification.
