By order dated February 6, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML24354A200), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) modified Facility License No. R-74 for the University of Wisconsin Nuclear Reactor such that it has no fixed term. Accordingly, the NRC is issuing the enclosed Amendment No. 19 to Facility License No. R-74 to reflect that modification.

The revised page is identified by amendment number and contains a marginal line indicating the area of change.

Facility License No. R-74 Remove Insert Amendment No. 19 February 11, 2025 (3) Physical Security Plan The licensee shall fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the physical security plan approved by the Commission and all amendments and changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.90 and 10 CFR 50.54(p), respectively. The approved plan, which is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, is entitled, University of Wisconsin Nuclear Reactor Security Plan, Revision 4, submitted by letter dated June 17, 1991.

D. This license is effective as of the date of issuance and has no fixed term.
