Dear Dr. Reese:

By order dated February 6, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML24354A200), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) modified Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-106 for the Oregon State University TRIGA nuclear research reactor such that it has no fixed term. Accordingly, the NRC is issuing the enclosed Amendment No. 28 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. R-106 to reflect that modification.
