By order dated February 6, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Package Accession No. ML24354A200), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) modified Renewed Facility Operating license No. R-116 for the University of California, Irvine, Nuclear Reactor Facility such that it has no fixed term. Accordingly, the NRC is issuing the enclosed Amendment No. 8 to Renewed Facility Operating license No. R-116 to reflect that modification.
